Our Subic Adventure

We excitedly packed our things early for a day off to Subic.  My husband told me driving to Subic is far different than city driving in Manila.  I don't know how different until we experienced it by ourselves. On the way to Ocean Adventure , we happen to pass by the Subic Bay International  Airport.  I was scolded by an officer for not using seatbelt. I explained I just happened to remove it since we took pictures alighting the Suv  nearby  on our way to Ocean Adventure.  The officer asked for my husband's license and  ID. With all my smiles,  I did apologized  for being negligent. Good thing, the officer did not issue tickets for us. Thanks.

After long hours of driving, finally,  we came to Ocean adventure. My son was very excited to see those dolphins and the sea lion's performances.  Ocean Adventure is an open-water marine park. For 450 php for adults and 370 php for children under 12 years old, one could experience thrill and encounter with these mammals. A high dive show featured some experts splashing right infront of us. The dolphins are adorable when they somersault into the air.

Local and foreign tourists flocked the Dolphin show.

We now proceeded to the Sea Lion show. Those mammals showed off some tricks in a presentation of an environmental theme. They entertained us well and made the audience laugh. I was even asked to be a lucky guest , I declined the offer since I knew  the chosen lucky guest will be asked to kiss the sea lion in the lips. We are sitting in the front row so we can have clear view with them.  I was amazed how the trainers have thought these creatures to do those tricks. It must have been really hard for them.
